Tabassum Hussain, a young and dynamic professional specializing in monitoring, evaluation, learning, and research, possesses a profound understanding of social development. With a wealth of experience in overseeing extensive nationwide survey studies on governance, health, education, poverty alleviation, livelihood, agriculture, Consumer Price Index (CPI), value chains, water, sanitation, and gender, Tabassum has collaborated with renowned consulting firms in Pakistan.
Tabassum’s expertise extends to hands-on knowledge of both qualitative and quantitative data collection and management, along with proficiency in statistical analysis techniques. Throughout his career, He has engaged with bilateral and multilateral organizations/agencies, international non-governmental organizations (INGOs), and non-governmental organizations (NGOs), including USAID, DFID, UNDP, UNICEF, RSPN, BMGF, PPAF, and Care International.
His involvement encompassed diverse projects such as baseline surveys, Knowledge, Attitude, and Practice (KAP) surveys, socio-economic profiling, evaluations (utilizing OECD DAC and UNEG criteria), assessments, end-lines, monitoring and evaluation, as well as third-party validation for various programs and projects within the social development sectors.
Tabassum Hussain holds a master’s degree in Economics from the International Islamic University Islamabad, which further enhances his qualifications and expertise in the field.
